SLR and Charterhouse Capital Partners Complete Investment Deal
BOTHELL, Wash., July 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SLR Consulting (“SLR”), a leading global environmental and advisory consultancy, has completed on the deal that sees Charterhouse Capital Partners (“Charterhouse”), a leading European private equity firm, become SLR’s principal investment partner for the next phase of its growth and development.
The deal, initially announced at the end of March 2018, was subject to a conditional court approved scheme of arrangement and regulatory approvals. Charterhouse replaces 3i and becomes SLR’s main shareholder, with the management team and other staff retaining a significant stake in the business.
